Arena UK provides a large countryside venue in Lincolnshire, combining a major equestrian showground with facilities for conferences, weddings, exhibitions, corporate events and private celebrations. We are located just off the A1 near Grantham and offer a flexible setting for both equestrian and non-equestrian events. Our Pavilion is our principal conference and events facility and can accommodate up to 550 delegates depending on the layout. We can divide the Pavilion into three sections, allowing us to create different event configurations according to the requirements of each booking. We provide catering options, bars, kitchen facilities, staging, dance floors, private parking and event support. Our wider 500-acre site also gives us flexibility for outdoor and specialist events. We regularly host British Showjumping, British Dressage, British Show Pony Society, Riding Clubs and Pony Club championships, alongside corporate and private functions. With extensive outdoor space and dedicated indoor facilities, we can accommodate events ranging from smaller gatherings to large conferences, celebrations and exhibitions.
