Sheffield Winter Garden

Located in the heart of Sheffield city centre, the Winter Garden provides a distinctive event setting within one of the UK’s largest temperate glasshouses built in the last century. Our 70-metre-long glasshouse contains more than 2,500 plants from around the world and provides a memorable backdrop for receptions, exhibitions, product launches, networking events and other occasions. We offer evening private hire, with the standard venue-only hire period running from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, including setup and clear-away time. The Winter Garden can also be hired alongside the Millennium Gallery or the Mercure St Paul’s Hotel & Spa, allowing event organisers to combine interconnected spaces. Our central location places us close to Sheffield railway station, Millennium Square, the Peace Gardens, hotels, restaurants and other city-centre facilities.
