Kelham House Country Manor

The beautiful Garden Room provides ample natural lighting, air conditioning and is licensed for civil ceremonies as well as a great space to dine and then party the night away.

We have a purpose-built gazebo which is also licensed to hold outside civil ceremonies in our formal gardens, surrounded by our woodland and paddock land.

The Kelham room is a more intimate space suited for smaller gatherings or secondary ceremonies.

The Averham Room is an intimate, licensed civil ceremony and meeting space holding up to 25 people making it ideal for small gatherings, micro-weddings, or private business meetings.
