Factory Floor is an industrial-style bar and events venue located within a former spring factory at 92 Burton Road in Sheffield's Neepsend district. Created by the team behind Peddler Market, the venue combines a distinctive industrial setting with specialist audio, drinks and event facilities. Factory Floor is divided into two principal spaces, Area 1 and Area 2, each offering a different atmosphere. Area 1 is the more open social space, centred around the bar and the venue's tank-fresh beer, drinks and food offering. Area 2 is positioned behind a curtain towards the rear of the venue and provides a darker, more intimate environment. The venue hosts music, cultural and food-related events and also accepts private-hire enquiries. Its most distinctive technical feature is the Danley Audio sound system, which the venue describes as an audiophile-grade system configured quadraphonically throughout the space. This makes Factory Floor particularly suited to music-led events, parties, cultural gatherings, networking and informal private functions rather than conventional conferences. The venue is located within the same 92 Burton Road industrial courtyard as Peddler Warehouse and other independent businesses, giving it an unusual industrial/event-district setting.
Area 1 is Factory Floor's principal social space, located within the former industrial building at 92 Burton Road. It contains the main bar and provides an open environment for socialising, music, food and events. Private-hire enquiries can be made directly with the venue, subject to availability and event requirements.
Area 2 is Factory Floor's darker and more intimate secondary space, situated behind the curtain at the rear of the venue. It is particularly suited to private events and smaller gatherings requiring a more exclusive atmosphere. Private hire can include optional table service, a private host and exclusive drinks arrangements.
