The Hemingway is a versatile event space designed to comfortably host both intimate corporate meetings and lively social gatherings. Capacity limits adapt depending on the layout, scaling up to 80 attendees for theatre-style seminars, 60 for cocktail parties, and 40 for seated banquets.

The Batian meeting room is a specialized boardroom designed exclusively for small-group business meetings. It features a fixed or structured boardroom layout that comfortably accommodates up to 15 attendees. Because it is optimized solely for professional board meetings, it does not support alternative configurations like theater, classroom, U-shape, cabaret, banquet, or standing cocktail arrangements.

The Lenana meeting room is a small, specialized room designed exclusively for standard business meetings. It features a fixed Boardroom setup that comfortably seats up to 15 people. Because of its permanent boardroom layout and limited size, it cannot be adapted for any other seating arrangements. It does not support Theatre, Cocktail, Banquet, Dinner, U-Shape, Hollow Square, Classroom, or Cabaret configurations.

The Baker boardroom is designed exclusively for small executive meetings, accommodating a maximum of 14 people. It features a centralized conference table layout and is not suitable for larger events like lectures, dining, or standing receptions, which require larger, more flexible floor plans.
