Set within the grounds of our historic golf course, West Bradford Golf Club combines heritage, hospitality and picturesque surroundings to create a welcoming setting for events. Founded in 1900, our course was redesigned in the 1940s by renowned golf architects F. G. and F. W. Hawtree, while our Clubhouse occupies a former manor house dating from around 1720. Our fully licensed and catered Clubhouse provides a versatile setting for weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, dinner dances, formal dining, meetings, funerals and corporate functions. The Main Lounge and Bar Lounge can be combined for larger occasions, accommodating up to 150 guests for buffets, 107 for formal dining and 80 for dinner-dances. The vaulted Main Lounge features a stage and dance floor, while our terrace seats around 30 and overlooks the golf course. For smaller gatherings, our private 19th Hole snug accommodates approximately 18–20 guests, complemented by a snooker room and smaller meeting spaces. Catering is handled entirely in-house, allowing us to provide a seamless experience from dining and refreshments through to event service. We do not offer dry-hire arrangements or permit external caterers, ensuring every occasion receives consistent service and quality.
The Main Lounge is the larger of the two principal rooms at The Clubhouse. It is situated in an extension to the original manor-house structure and is described by the club as a light and spacious room with a distinctive vaulted ceiling. It has access to the external terrace and is normally arranged with larger formal dining tables for major events.
The Bar Lounge is located in the original Manor House and is the smaller of the two principal event rooms. The club describes it as a comfortable informal space with tables and chairs, making it particularly suitable for smaller gatherings, drinks and informal dining. It can also be combined with the Main Lounge when a larger event requires additional guest capacity.
The 19th Hole Snug is a private, self-contained room accommodating 18 to 20 guests. Accessible through a beautiful stained-glass doorway, it features its own direct bar access. This quiet space is specifically tailored for golf societies, corporate business meetings, and small private group dinners wanting privacy.
The paved Sun Terrace offers a scenic outdoor event space comfortably seating 30 people on rustic picnic benches. Accessed via the Main Lounge, it provides panoramic views overlooking the 1st tee and 18th fairways. It serves as a beautiful backdrop for summer evening drinks or wedding photographs.
