Boxwood Gardens

The signature space of the estate, consisting of expansive, manicured green lawns surrounded by lush highlands scenery and nearby tea plantations. This area is designed for setting up massive white event tents, marquee structures, or modern stretch tents to build a custom "hall" that can accommodate large wedding receptions or corporate functions.

A beautiful white and black colonial architecture homestead that serves as the backdrop for the property. It features cozy indoor rooms and balcony spaces suited for smaller, intimate indoor gatherings, corporate break-outs, bridal preparation, or cozy private events.

For major functions like the Ngemi Homecoming event, organizers typically book both the indoor house spaces and the extensive outdoor lawns simultaneously. This gives you a hybrid setup where guests can move between a sheltered tent and the open-air garden
