Coates is a welcoming space on the grpond floor, overlooking Ogle Street at the front of the building. It features a central boardroom table with seating for up to 10 people. With direct access from the main reception area, it is ideally suited to interviews and small meetings, with lots of natural light.

Byron is an adaptable, event, meeting or activity space, suitable for small to medium sized private or business events, holding up to 60 guests in a theatre style layout. Playing host to celebrations, business meetings and seminars, and more intimate wedding receptions, the space benefits from a kitchenette area for refreshments and double doors leading to a small, enclosed patio area overlooked by St Mary Magdalene churchyard. Bright white LED lighting complements good levels of natural light.

Bailey is an adaptable, studio activity space, suitable for small to medium sized private or business events, holding up to 60 guests in a theatre style layout. The space regularly plays host to physical activity groups such as dance, drama, and yoga classes; business meetings; community group celebrations; and parties. The space benefits from a vinyl floor and wheeled mirror wall, making it ideal for demonstrations and physical workshops.

The Byron Suite combines the Byron and Bailey rooms by opening the movable wall between them, allowing for a much larger room that can accommodate up to 100 people. It is an adaptable, event, meeting or activity space, suitable for medium to large sized private or business events, typically playing host to wedding receptions, business meetings and seminars, and large community group activities.

Lovelace is an adaptable, boardroom space, suitable for small business meetings, interviews and presentations, accommodating up to 18 guests in a hollow square style layout. While self-contained and private, Lovelace benefits from adjoining Byron's Bar. When hired together, double doors which link the two rooms can be opened to allow Lovelace to be used as a break-out space or area for food/refreshments.

Byron's Bar offers a private bar or refreshments area for medium to large sized events, or an adaptable break out area for meetings and seminars held in the ground floor rooms, especially the Byron room or Byron Suite. It can also be used as a syndicate room for the other meeting rooms. It features small tables and chairs which can be arranged to suit your needs. Accessed from the main corridor on the ground floor, it typically supports medium to large sized events such as wedding receptions, parties, meetings, and community group functions.

The Portland is the venue's main hall and is suitable for large private or business events, holding up to 200 guests. The space regularly plays host to wedding receptions; large business meetings; community groups celebrations; parties; dance shows; concerts; theatre productions; and the monthly Hucknall Jumble Sale.

Ben's Bar adjoins the Portland main hall and offers a private bar or refreshments area for large events, or an adaptable break out area for meetings and seminars. It features a mixture of small tables, chairs and sofas which can be arranged to suit your needs. Towards the rear of the building on the first floor, it typically supports large events such as wedding receptions, fairs, concerts, theatre, and large community group functions.

The kitchen is a fully specified, commercial kitchen on the first floor, serving the adjacent Portland main hall. Ben's Bar can also be serviced via a lockable serving hatch. Typically used for Wedding Receptions, large parties, and up to 200 cover formal dining events, the kitchen suits professional caterers and those wishing to self-cater alike. Bright lighting complements good levels of natural light.

Bronze Wedding Reception Package covers an all day access to the Portland from 9.30am, bar open during the reception until 11pm, use of the kitchen for caterers, tables and chairs laid out to your specifications for you to dress and style yourself, DJ to play at your reception 16.00 – 23.00, coloured mood lighting to tie into your chosen colour scheme.

Silver Wedding Reception Package covers an all day access to the Main Hall from 9.30am, bar open during the reception until 11pm, tables and chairs laid out to your specifications dressed with table linen, use of the kitchen for caterers, cake stand and cake knife, DJ to play at your reception 16.00 – 23.00, chair covers with organza sashes in your chosen colour scheme, coloured mood lighting to tie into your chosen colour scheme. It caters for up to 100 people and additional chair covers are available for an additional charge.

Gold Wedding Reception Package covers an all day access to the Main Hall from 9.30am, bar open during the reception until 11pm, decorated chairs with covers and sashes, tables and chairs laid out to your specifications dressed with table linen, use of the kitchen for caterers, cake stand and cake knife, DJ to play at your reception 16.00 – 23.00, chair covers with organza sashes in your chosen colour scheme, postbox for guests cards for the happy couple, two rose trees with fairy lights and co-ordinating decorations, centrepieces for guest tables, sparkle backdrop for top table, coloured mood lighting to tie into your chosen colour scheme. It caters for up to 100 people and additional guests are possible for an additional charge.

Crystal Buffet catering and dining package covers a selection of sandwiches, mini sausage rolls, savoury eggs, homemade quiches, cheese and onion rolls, cocktail sausages, variety of crisps and a selection of mini cakes.

Diamond Buffet is a catering and drinks package that includes a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice on arrival, selection of sandwiches, mini sausage rolls, savoury eggs, homemade quiches, cheese and onion rolls, cocktail sausages, variety of crisps and a selection of mini cakes and biscuits.
