Meridian serves as the Estate’s social hub and provides the main setting for meetings and events. Our contemporary event space accommodates up to 100 guests, while two private meeting rooms provide more intimate environments for groups of 6–10 people. The café and south-facing terrace add useful spaces for informal networking, refreshments and socialising. We welcome corporate meetings, presentations, workshops, networking sessions, staff events, business lunches, private meetings and smaller community gatherings. Catering can also be arranged through our on-site café, making it easy to combine meetings with food and refreshments. With convenient access to the M1, M62 and A1, Meridian provides a practical meeting destination while offering the relaxed atmosphere of a rural estate. Meridian's main event space is a contemporary, high-ceilinged area designed for meetings, events and business-community activities. The Estate currently states that it can accommodate up to 100 people. It has Wi-Fi, smart-TV presentation facilities, DDMS and USB connectivity and benefits from the surrounding rural estate environment.
Situated directly outside the main café hub, this sunny outdoor terrace is perfect for warm-weather events. It provides a relaxed, scenic atmosphere for open-air business mixers, breakout group discussions, or working team lunches. The peaceful setting overlooks the estate's beautifully preserved historic walled gardens.
Meridian's private meeting rooms provide smaller, more confidential environments for client meetings, interviews, team discussions and presentations. The Estate describes two bright and airy private rooms accommodating approximately six to ten people. They share Meridian's presentation connectivity, including smart TVs, HDMI/USB connectivity and Wi-Fi.
The second Meridian private meeting room provides another intimate setting for small meetings and business discussions. It is part of the same two-room private meeting facility described by Nostell Estate and shares the contemporary Meridian environment. The two rooms are particularly useful for simultaneous breakout sessions or confidential client meetings.
