The DW Stadium provides a flexible conference and events setting in Wigan, combining indoor suites with extensive outdoor event space. We offer 12 versatile event suites, with spaces designed for anything from small meetings to large conferences and celebrations for up to 500 guests. Our suites provide natural daylight, with selected rooms offering panoramic views of the pitch, air conditioning, bars and flexible layouts. We support conferences, meetings, training days, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, presentations, weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. Our facilities include professional catering, PA systems, stages, dance floors, three-phase power, AV equipment and dedicated event support. We also provide 2,300 complimentary car parking spaces and good road and rail connections. Beyond our conference suites, we can offer exclusive use of behind-the-scenes stadium areas, including changing rooms, interview rooms, the press lounge and Manager's Office. Our outdoor areas, including car parks, access roads and the surrounding piazza, can also be used for exhibitions, driving events, fun fairs, filming and other large-scale activities.
Our Marquee is a large ground-level event space accommodating up to 500 guests in theatre style. We provide built-in and portable stages, three bars, a dance floor, PA system, lighting and vehicle access for conferences, exhibitions and celebrations.
Our Players' Lounge provides a private setting with contemporary décor, a private external entrance and reception area. We accommodate up to 100 guests theatre style and offer it for meetings, training, seminars, receptions and private events.
Our Coors Lounge provides natural daylight, pitch views, air conditioning and a bar. We can accommodate up to 120 guests and offer the space for meetings, receptions, celebrations, dinners and other events.
Our Executive Suites provide smaller, private settings with pitch views, natural daylight and air conditioning. We use them for meetings, interviews, private dining and syndicate or workshop sessions.
Our Springfield Lounge can be divided into three areas, allowing us to provide separate registration, refreshment, lunch and breakout spaces. We accommodate up to 200 theatre style and offer bars, PA, air conditioning and natural daylight.
Our Chairman's Suite provides a light and airy third-floor setting on the halfway line, with pitch views and flexible layouts. We accommodate up to 80 reception guests and use the space for meetings, training, receptions and celebrations.
Our Club Lounge offers natural daylight, pitch views, air conditioning and a bar. We can accommodate up to 120 guests and provide a flexible setting for conferences, meetings, celebrations, dinners and receptions.
Our Directors' Guest Lounge offers pitch views, natural daylight and air conditioning. We provide an intimate setting for private dining, wedding ceremonies and receptions, training courses, meetings, syndicate work and board meetings.
Our outdoor event areas include the stadium car parks, access roads and piazza. We can accommodate activities such as car clinics, driving schools, circuses, stunt shows, fun fairs, car boot sales, filming and exhibitions.
