Foundry Project Manchester

Superbly positioned on Thomas Street in the beating heart of the Northern Quarter, Foundry Project is a highly energetic, industrial-chic restaurant, cocktail bar, and late-night hangout. Operating within a wonderfully rugged brickwork building, this style-led destination has earned a stellar reputation for delivering an exceptional, hang-out atmosphere centered around its innovative cocktail craft, artisanal sourdough pizzas, and legendary bottomless brunches. The interior design pairs raw metallic structural fixtures, exposed piping arrays, and concrete features with warm, rustic timber tables, rich tan leather booths, and creative custom artwork installations. It functions as an incredibly flexible canvas for creative event planners and corporate coordinators aiming to execute vibrant after-work drink mixers, relaxed networking forums, intimate birthday celebrations, and interactive team sessions. Backed by full in-house catering operations and specialized drink package options, the establishment ensures that casual premium dining remains a seamless focal point across any gathering. Completely integrated with localized multimedia presentation equipment, robust wireless connectivity networks, and independent climate controls, this characterful venue provides an uncompromised framework that perfectly bottles the rebellious, independent energy of Manchester’s most famous creative district.
