The Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) is an iconic 28-story skyscraper and a premier event venue located in the Central Business District of Nairobi, Kenya. Completed in 1973 and named after the nation's first president, Jomo Kenyatta, the 105-meter-tall tower features a unique modernist design inspired by traditional African architecture, resembling a combination of cylinders, cuboids, and conical African huts. It serves as a major regional hub for international conferences, exhibitions, and government offices, hosting massive event spaces like the Tsavo Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 4,000 delegates. Additionally, its rooftop helipad serves as a popular tourist observation deck, offering panoramic 360-degree views of the Nairobi skyline.
