Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

The Oulton Suite is the resort’s largest event space, perfectly accommodating up to 220 grand banqueting guests. It boasts magnificent modern styling, a completely integrated private bar area, a designated reception foyer, and direct doors opening out to a lovely secluded outdoor terrace layout.

Oulton 1 is one of three similarly sized rooms forming the Oulton meeting-room configuration. It provides a flexible setting for conferences, training, presentations and smaller corporate events. The room can accommodate up to 100 theatre-style, while classroom and cabaret arrangements provide additional flexibility for delegate-focused programmes.

Oulton 2 is the second of the three similarly configured Oulton rooms. It offers the same basic capacity range as Oulton 1 and Oulton 3 and is suitable for meetings, presentations, training, workshops and breakout sessions. The room can also be combined with neighbouring Oulton rooms for larger events.

Oulton 3 completes the three-room Oulton configuration. It has the same published capacity as Oulton 1 and Oulton 2 and provides a flexible corporate environment for meetings, training, presentations and smaller conferences. Its combination with adjacent rooms allows organisers to create larger event configurations.

Oulton 1 + 2 is a combined configuration created by opening the adjoining Oulton rooms. It doubles the capacity of an individual Oulton room and is suitable for medium-sized conferences, presentations, training sessions and corporate events requiring more space than one room provides.

Oulton 2 + 3 is the second available two-room Oulton configuration. It provides the same published 200-person theatre capacity as Oulton 1 + 2 and is suitable for conferences, presentations, training and larger corporate gatherings.

The Rothwell Room is a medium-sized meeting space suitable for corporate meetings, training sessions, presentations and smaller conferences. It provides several seating configurations and is particularly useful where a dedicated room is required without the scale of the larger Oulton Suite. The Repton Suite features a highly traditional, historic aesthetic complete with crystal chandeliers and classical period architecture. It includes direct access to a scenic outdoor terrace overlooking the courtyard gardens.

The Rosedale Suite is a compact meeting space designed for smaller corporate groups. It is suitable for board meetings, interviews, workshops, training sessions and small presentations. Its relatively small maximum capacity makes it particularly appropriate for events where privacy and focused discussion are more important than large-scale delegate accommodation.

The Claret Jug Suite serves as the resort’s contemporary golf clubhouse venue. It provides panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a private viewing balcony that showcases expansive views of the championship greens.

The Perkins Suite at Oulton Hall is the resort’s most intimate and private business environment. Spanning a compact 19 square meters, this ground-floor venue is specifically tailored as a permanent, dedicated executive boardroom setup.

The Repton Lounge is a smaller, flexible space appropriate for meetings, private gatherings, breakout sessions and receptions. Its published capacity reaches 35 theatre-style, while reception capacity is considerably higher. The lounge can therefore function both as a meeting environment and as an informal hospitality/reception area.
