At The Circle Sheffield, we provide a contemporary and accessible conference and meeting venue in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Our flexible spaces support conferences, training courses, workshops, meetings, interviews, exhibitions, lectures and networking events, with rooms available during the day, evenings and weekends. Our Conference Suite accommodates up to 110 people and can operate as one large space or as two separate conference rooms, giving us flexibility for different event sizes and layouts. We also provide smaller meeting and training rooms for focused discussions and team sessions, together with The Gallery for exhibitions, launch events, drinks receptions and networking. Free Wi-Fi, projectors, screens, audio-visual equipment, natural daylight and accessible facilities help us create a practical environment for professional events. As a venue owned and managed by Voluntary Action Sheffield, we also provide discounted rates for NHS, university, voluntary and charity-sector organisations, helping us support Sheffield's wider community.

We provide Conference Room 1 for meetings, workshops, training and presentations, with air conditioning, natural daylight, Wi-Fi, projector, screen, PA and flexible layouts.
We offer Conference Room 2 as a flexible meeting and training environment with natural daylight, Wi-Fi and adaptable seating for smaller conferences, workshops and group sessions.
We provide Room 4 as a very small private meeting space for focused discussions, interviews or one-to-one professional meetings.
We offer Room 5 for small training sessions, meetings and workshops, with video conferencing, screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi and natural daylight.
We provide Room 6 for small meetings and focused discussions, with natural daylight, Wi-Fi, whiteboard and flexible boardroom or horseshoe layouts.
