Mahogany Springs Lodge

Mahogany Springs Lodge is a luxury wilderness lodge in the Buhoma sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, positioned above the Munyanga River and overlooking the forested valley. The lodge is approximately a 5–10 minute walk or two-minute drive from the Buhoma gorilla trekking starting point, making it particularly suited to groups combining accommodation, outdoor activities and private gatherings in the Bwindi area. The property comprises 14 suites, including 12 Superior Deluxe Suites and 2 Premium Deluxe Suites, arranged within landscaped gardens around the main lodge. The main building contains the restaurant, fully stocked bar, living room and panoramic terrace, while the accommodation provides private terraces and views across the river valley and forest. The lodge also offers private dining by the river or on individual guest terraces, allowing meals and small gatherings to be arranged in different settings across the property. Mahogany Springs is especially suited to intimate retreats, private celebrations, weddings, vow renewals, small group gatherings and hosted dining rather than large-scale conferences.
