The Oak Suite is our contemporary, deluxe and very flexible space. The Oak Suite is a blank canvas designed to allow your creative juices to flow, our experienced team helping to make your vision a reality. It has the capacity to hold reception for up to 300, auditorium for 220 theatre or 125 cabaret style and it opens onto beautiful terrace for drinks or breakout.

The Beech is the bigger half of the Oak Suite. It has a private terrace, shared cloak-room, built in projector and a 3 metre screen and can hold 140 guests in theatre style or 90 guests in cabaret style.

The Willow is the smaller, more intimate half of the Oak Suite. It is a bright and fresh space with 65″ wall mounted Plasma TV and can seat 20 boardroom style. It is ideal for the small team meetings and is perfect for a break out space

The Garden Room is a private, idyllic setting that faces the hotel terrace. It is an exclusive use venue, separate from the hotel that contains a private bar and toilet facilities, It is an ideal training location and can seat 20 classroom style & 18 u-shape.

It is situated in the original part of the building dating back to 1827. It is a first floor meeting space with natural daylight and a private balcony with the capacity to seat 30 delegates in a u-shape style.

Contemporary in style, it is a creative space that is equipped with a 65″ TV, air conditioning. It can seat up to 25 in a classroom style or 60 in a theatre style.

This i the venue's designated executive boardroom. It is a highly comfortable room that holds up to 10 delegates.

Sycamore is a modern meeting space on the ground floor. It has a 65” Plasma TV and is an ideal syndicate option.

The functional everyday meeting space. It has a 65″ Plasma TV and is the perfect syndicate space. It is ideal for the 2-8 person boardroom meeting.

Our 6 acre meadow and bluebell woods are the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos and some private time away after saying your vows.
