Oak Ballroom 1 is one of the three divisible sections of the Oak Ballroom. It provides a smaller conference and meeting environment while retaining many of the facilities of the principal ballroom. The room is suitable for training sessions, workshops, presentations, private meetings and smaller receptions requiring modern AV facilities.
Oak Ballroom 2 is the middle section of the divisible Oak Ballroom and provides a flexible medium-sized meeting and event environment. With natural daylight, presentation facilities and built-in AV infrastructure, it is suitable for meetings, training, workshops, smaller conferences, dinners and breakout activities. It can also be combined with adjoining ballroom sections.
Oak Ballroom 3 is the largest individual section of the divisible Oak Ballroom. It provides considerably more space than Oak Rooms 1 and 2 and can host medium-to-large conferences, dinners, receptions and presentations. Its natural daylight, AV infrastructure and flexible seating make it suitable for both corporate and social functions.
The Birch Boardroom is the hotel's dedicated executive meeting space, designed for smaller corporate gatherings. It accommodates up to 40 people in theatre or classroom configurations and 16 around a boardroom table. The room includes air conditioning, natural daylight, internet connectivity, screens, video conferencing and video equipment.
