Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre is a multi-purpose community and enterprise facility located on Acre Close in Middleton, South Leeds. The original Tenants Hall opened in 1955 and was subsequently transformed through a £1.6 million refurbishment into an enterprise and community centre. It is owned by Leeds City Council and managed by the local charity Health for All (Leeds) Ltd. The centre combines professional meeting and conference facilities with community-focused spaces and serviced office accommodation. Its largest facility is the Main Hall, which the current operator states can accommodate up to 100 people depending on room layout. The hall can also be divided into two sections and has a specially designed sprung floor, making it particularly suitable for dance and movement activities. A Multi-purpose Room provides space for up to 50 people, while the Board Room accommodates up to 12. The Meeting Room can be divided into smaller rooms for very small groups or opened up to accommodate up to 12 people. The venue is fully accessible and has free parking, Wi-Fi, meeting equipment, kitchens and an enclosed outdoor area. It is used by community groups including arts and crafts groups, a community choir and youth organisations.

The Meeting Room offers flexible small-group accommodation. It can operate as two separate rooms for groups of approximately two to four people or as one larger space for up to 12. It is suitable for interviews, small meetings, consultations, workshops and focused team discussions.
