The Lounge at Fearns

The Lounge at Fearns is our bright and versatile event space at Leeds Dock, where we bring together a relaxed waterfront setting, contemporary interiors, food, drinks and flexible event arrangements. We welcome groups from 40 to 300 guests and offer the Lounge for semi-private hire, reserved areas or exclusive use. Our space can adapt from early-morning networking meetings and business events to evening celebrations, parties, live music and after-work drinks. We also work with organisers looking for a setting for brand showcases, industry events, spoken-word performances and wedding receptions. Our wider venue includes a bar and restaurant, allowing us to provide food and drinks alongside your event. For larger occasions, our Bar & Lounge can be hired exclusively with capacity for up to 400 guests. We are located at Leeds Dock, close to the Royal Armouries and within easy reach of Leeds city centre, making us a convenient waterfront destination for events and gatherings.
