Murchison River Lodge

Murchison River Lodge is an eco-friendly safari lodge situated on the southern bank of the River Nile in the Murchison Falls area. The property extends across approximately 28 acres of natural bush and is designed around its riverside location, with views across the Nile towards Murchison Falls National Park. Its accommodation combines thatched cottages, river cabins, thatched safari tents and comfortable camping tents, allowing the property to cater to couples, families, safari groups and longer-stay visitors. The lodge operates on a 100% solar-powered basis and combines accommodation with a restaurant and bar, swimming pool, pool lounge, Wi-Fi facilities and outdoor recreational areas. The restaurant provides full-board dining, with early breakfast, breakfast, lunch and dinner services, while dietary requirements can be accommodated on request. The main bar provides drinks throughout the day, and the pool area has a dedicated lounge with Wi-Fi. Murchison River Lodge is also suited to private celebrations and group experiences that make use of the property's riverside and outdoor areas.
