Horizon Leeds is a modern, independent conference and meeting venue located on the third floor of Brewery Wharf in the centre of Leeds. The venue was established in 2014 by The NHS Alliance and was designed specifically around the needs of contemporary business events, with an emphasis on natural daylight, integrated technology, comfortable surroundings and dedicated event support. The venue provides spaces for both small meetings and larger conferences, with the largest room, Create@, accommodating up to 200 delegates. The venue supports in-person, hybrid and virtual events and has a dedicated Broadcast Studio equipped for streamed events. Its seven principal spaces range from the eight-person Engage@ room to the 200-person Create@ space. The rooms are supported by high-speed Wi-Fi, audiovisual technology, air conditioning, natural light, refreshment facilities and flexible configurations. Horizon Leeds is particularly suitable for conferences, seminars, workshops, training, board meetings, award ceremonies, dinners, networking and hybrid events. Its location is approximately seven minutes on foot from Leeds railway station, while the venue also provides access to nearby parking and electric-vehicle charging.
Create@ is Horizon Leeds' premier flagship event space, capable of hosting up to 200 delegates in theatre setup. Flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, it boasts three 4K projectors, dynamic LED mood lighting, and wireless presentation tech, making it ideal for large-scale conferences or product launches.
Create@1 is a spacious seminar and product launch environment configured perfectly for up to 150 theatre guests or 90 cabaret attendees. This highly adaptable room functions independently with its own top-tier AV infrastructure or merges with adjacent spaces to comfortably scale up larger corporate presentations.
A great space for seminars, exhibitions and workshops, Create@2 offers plenty of space and multiple styles of seating and table arrangements. This highly flexible approach ensures that every delegate, client, and invitee can move around the room with ease and take full advantage of the event throughout the day.
Inspire@ is a vibrant, welcoming training room specifically designed to encourage collaborative working and team interaction. Flooded with daylight and furnished with colorful modern seating, it comes fully equipped with interactive presentation tools, hot drink stations, and creative breakout zones for smaller workshop activities.
Think@ is an executive, luxury boardroom styled with rich walnut furnishings and black leather seating. Accented by deep purple walls, it seats up to 50 delegates. It features an advanced 75-inch plasma split-screen display and secure video conferencing, creating an intimate, premium space for high-level meetings.
Engage@ is Horizon Leeds' most intimate and focused meeting space, uniquely designed to host up to 8 delegates in a boardroom layout. Perfect for private interviews, small workshops, or an organiser's event office, this bright room features a large floor-to-ceiling window, complete air conditioning, and an integrated 42-inch plasma screen.
