The Chimney House

We are proud to offer The Chimney House, an independently owned events venue in Sheffield’s historic Kelham Island. Set within a beautifully restored red-brick industrial building beside the area’s historic waterways, we combine Sheffield’s industrial heritage with a stylish and intimate environment for business and private events. Our venue retains original architectural features, including exposed brickwork, historic timber, large windows, reclaimed furniture and our iconic chimney, while providing modern facilities for today’s events. Our Meeting Room accommodates up to 50 guests and is ideal for conferences, training, workshops, private dining and corporate gatherings. Our Living Room accommodates up to 10 guests and can also be used as a breakout space, while our Front Room provides additional space for reception, registration or networking. We host meetings, away days, product launches, interviews, filming, private dining, weddings and celebrations. We also provide catering, high-speed Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, refreshments and dedicated event-planning support.
