The Terrace provides a modern meeting, conference and event setting on the fifth floor of 3 Wellington Place in central Leeds. Our flexible spaces are designed for everything from focused business meetings and training sessions to larger corporate events and networking gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the venue, while direct access to our rooftop terrace gives guests views across Tower Square and the Leeds skyline. We can accommodate between 1 and 150 people depending on the room and event layout. Our team can provide tailored hire packages, catering, technical support and hybrid meeting facilities to suit different requirements. Each meeting room includes a widescreen TV with HDMI connectivity, temperature control, guest Wi-Fi and access to the breakout lounge and refreshments. We are only a few minutes' walk from Leeds railway station, making the venue convenient for local and visiting delegates.
