Worcester A is derived when the Worcester room is divided as it can be split into two smaller, independent sections for breakout sessions or smaller gatherings. It has the capacity to hold 8 to 20 guests.

Worcester B is derived when the Worcester room is divided as it can be split into two smaller, independent sections for breakout sessions or smaller gatherings. It can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The Discovery Room is a contemporary, ground-floor meeting space designed with abundant natural daylight and complimentary superfast Wi-Fi. It provides a productive, stylish environment ideal for team away days, training workshops, and small board meetings.

The Brailsford Suite is the property's flagship meeting and private dining space, designed to host medium-scale corporate events, presentations, training days, and social celebrations.

The Orchard Foyer is a bright, contemporary reception and pre-function space featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish modern decor, and an abundance of natural daylight that looks out onto the surrounding university parkland.

The mezzanine level provides a decked al fresco terrace and flexible space capable of holding up to 100 guests for evening private hire.

Bramleys Restaurant is a 120-seat modern dining venue located on the ground floor of The Orchard Hotel. Named after the local Nottinghamshire Bramley apple, it offers a contemporary, nature-inspired setting with seasonal modern British menus.
