The Gathering Edale

Located at the top of Edale Valley beneath Kinder Scout, The Gathering offers a private Peak District setting for weddings, celebrations, retreats and corporate away days. Our historic farm sits within the National Park, surrounded by open moorland, gritstone crags, fields and the Grindsbrook stream. We combine accommodation, event facilities and outdoor space, allowing groups to stay together and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Our Shooting Lodge provides dining, catering, bar and lounge facilities, while our meadows offer generous outdoor space for games, activities and larger gatherings. For weddings and celebrations, we can accommodate up to 90 guests, including catering and accommodation, with a marquee available for larger parties during the appropriate season. Our accommodation includes luxury safari lodges, holiday lets and Grindsbrook Barns, making the venue suitable for groups seeking an exclusive countryside experience. The location also provides direct access to walking routes and the Pennine Way, with Edale village's pubs and cafés only a short walk away.
