At The12 by Naji Resort, we believe that true hospitality should never force a choice between the comfort of a private home and the luxury of a five-star resort. We have meticulously crafted a new category of stay: the Apartment Resort . Our concept is simple: to offer a highly exclusive collection of just twelve beautifully designed, fully-serviced luxury apartments that stand as a testament to sophisticated living.
It is a spacious and modern room designed to balance a highly professional atmosphere with the calming, scenic backdrop of the venue. The room features a classic boardroom layout configured around a centralized executive table and premium seating, creating a space optimized for productivity and active collaboration.
The outdoor venue spaces at The 12 by Naji Resort are designed to offer a unique, multi-themed tropical landscape right in the middle of Utako. Rather than just a single open lawn, the outdoor layout includes several interconnected event-ready zones shaded by a dense canopy of trees, making it a popular choice for private parties, retreats, and social gatherings
