The Conference Hall is Hotel Benco's primary indoor event space, designed for meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, training sessions and other professional gatherings. The space can be arranged in different configurations to suit the nature of an event, including boardroom, U-shape, T-shape and classroom-style seating arrangements. The venue is supported with essential meeting facilities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a projector and screen, and a flip chart with a stand. Depending on the event package and requirements, the space can be used for half-day, full-day, residential or non-residential events. The hall provides a more formal and structured environment for corporate activities while allowing organisers to adapt the seating arrangement to the size and format of their event. For larger setups, the conference facility can accommodate substantially more guests, with external venue information listing the main conference hall at around 150 attendees.

Hotel Benco's Green Gardens provide the property's main outdoor event setting. The gardens are landscaped with greenery, flowers and trees, creating a relaxed natural environment for social functions and open-air gatherings. The space offers an alternative to the hotel's indoor conference facilities and is particularly suitable for events that benefit from a more informal and scenic setting. The gardens can be used for small outdoor conferences, networking events, cocktail functions, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, product launches and private celebrations. They are also suitable for garden weddings, introductions, birthday parties, children's parties and other social occasions. With a capacity of up to approximately 200 guests, the garden space is the hotel's largest verified event area.

The Rooftop Garden, also referred to as the terrace space, is an elevated outdoor event area offering a breezy and relaxed environment for smaller social and private functions. The space is landscaped and maintained as part of the hotel's outdoor leisure and event offering, providing a more intimate alternative to the larger ground-level gardens. The rooftop setting is suitable for private gatherings, romantic celebrations, small parties, retreats and intimate wedding-related functions. Its elevated position and open-air atmosphere make it particularly suitable for cocktail-style events, relaxed networking sessions, private dinners and smaller celebrations where guests can enjoy a more informal outdoor setting. With an estimated capacity of around 60 guests, the rooftop garden/terrace is best suited to small and medium-sized gatherings rather than large-scale functions. It can be used independently or as part of a wider event programme involving the hotel's restaurant, conference facilities or gardens.

Hotel Benco has an on-site restaurant that can support private dining, group meals, event catering and smaller banquet-style gatherings. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisines, including Ugandan, continental, Indian and West African dishes, alongside à la carte options and selected Italian pasta dishes. Buffet service can also be arranged on request. The restaurant can be used as a supporting space for conferences and events, providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshment services for delegates and guests. It is suitable for business lunches, private meals, small banquets and social dining, while the hotel's catering services can also support events held in the conference hall, gardens and other event spaces.
