Set within Bristol's historic Great Western Dockyard, we provide an unusual event setting centred around the SS Great Britain, Brunel's pioneering iron-hulled, screw-propelled steamship. Our Great Eastern Hall offers a versatile conference and banquet environment, while the Hayward Saloon, Kirby Laing Room and Viridor Theatre provide smaller settings for meetings, presentations and private functions. Guests can also use the Promenade Deck, First Class Dining Saloon and Harbourside Kitchen for distinctive hospitality experiences aboard the ship. On the dockside, Sir Daniel Gooch Suite, Great Western Room, Sir Marc Brunel Room and Shakespeare Room provide additional meeting and dining options. For larger outdoor events, Brunel Square, the Dry Dock and Weather Deck create memorable heritage settings, while Being Brunel adds an immersive museum experience.
