Heaton Mount is a historic mansion and private events venue situated on Keighley Road in the Heaton area of Bradford. We date from the nineteenth century and are surrounded by landscaped grounds, providing a distinctive setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, meetings, retreats and conferences. We currently operate independently from the University of Bradford, following the University's sale of the former School of Management site. We offer nine different spaces for corporate events, ranging from a boardroom for 12 people to conference facilities for up to 300 delegates. We also have a marquee capable of accommodating up to 230 guests according to our current website. Our historic character includes a grand staircase, stained-glass windows, period architectural details and extensive grounds. Facilities include on-site parking, Wi-Fi, event coordination, catering, audiovisual equipment and accommodation. We are particularly suitable for exclusive-use events, weddings, team gatherings, product launches, board retreats and meetings.

The Terrace Lawn at Heaton Mount features multi-tiered, elevated stone terrace walls that overlook the estate's sprawling grounds. This outdoor setting seamlessly links the Italianate Victorian mansion to the lower gardens. It is a highly popular option for open-air drinks receptions, wedding photography, and outdoor ceremonies like a Nikkah.
The Oak Room is the smallest named room in the historical conference specification and was designed primarily for small boardroom-style meetings. Its period character makes it suitable for intimate business discussions, interviews and private meetings. The historical specification gives a boardroom capacity of 16 people.
The Croquet Lawn at Heaton Mount is a beautifully manicured, flat expanse of greenery situated right within the estate's 14 acres of private grounds. This specific lawn serves as a primary outdoor focal point. It is celebrated for housing the venue's iconic three-tier classical stone water fountain.

Developed during the estate’s university tenure as part of the executive training facilities, these private corporate environments are designed for smaller training groups, independent workshops, breakout sessions, or panel interviews.
