HEART, Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre, is a vibrant community arts, enterprise and events venue based in a beautifully refurbished former Victorian primary school in Headingley, Leeds. Our building combines original period character with bright, modern facilities, creating a welcoming environment for conferences, meetings, workshops, performances, celebrations, creative classes and community events. We offer a range of flexible rooms, from intimate spaces for small meetings and group sessions to our Shire Oak Hall, our largest event space, which can accommodate up to 150 guests for social events. Our facilities include projectors and screens, PA equipment, microphones, lighting, flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes and a grand piano in Shire Oak Hall. We also provide accessible facilities, Wi-Fi, outdoor space and a small on-site car park. Alongside our event spaces, we host creative activities, exhibitions, shared workspace and community programmes, making us a genuine hub for connection, creativity and enterprise in Headingley.
