Malik House is a Grade II-listed business centre and conference venue located at 29 Manor Row in central Bradford. The building was extensively restored before becoming Malik House's first business centre in 2010, with the restoration designed to retain the property's original Victorian character while incorporating modern business infrastructure. The venue combines serviced offices with dedicated meeting and conferencing facilities. Its principal event space is the Conference Centre, also referred to in venue listings as the Court Room, which measures more than 1,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 delegates seated theatre-style. It can also be configured for cabaret, theatre and banquet layouts. Cvent additionally records a 150-person standing capacity. The building provides a useful range of supporting facilities, including Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, catering, a licensed bar, a covered outdoor breakout area and an on-site café/bar. Smaller meeting rooms are available for day-to-day meetings, seminars, training sessions, interviews and workshops. Its central Bradford location is another advantage, with Bradford Forster Square railway station only a few minutes' walk away and good road connections towards the M606 and M62.
