Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa provides an elegant setting for conferences, weddings, private celebrations and corporate events in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. We are a Grade II listed 19th-century manor house set within 29 acres of parkland, including beautifully landscaped formal gardens. Our function and conference suites provide flexible settings for events ranging from small corporate meetings to larger gatherings, with our current events information stating that we can accommodate corporate events for up to 300 guests. We offer private dining rooms, garden terraces, private bars, catering and dedicated event support, allowing us to tailor occasions to individual requirements. Our spaces are suitable for conferences, meetings, weddings, civil ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, charity events, funerals and other celebrations. We also provide hotel accommodation, free parking for over 150 vehicles, a restaurant and our Garden Secret Spa, which offers treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, a vitality pool and relaxation facilities. Our location on the edge of Chesterfield provides convenient access to the M1 and the Peak District, making us suitable for both local and visiting guests.
Our Ringwood Suite is our largest feature room, combining period features with a vintage ballroom atmosphere. We provide a private bar, conservatory, outdoor terrace and direct garden access, with capacity for up to 250 guests for ceremonies and evening celebrations.
Our Chatsworth Suite provides a flexible setting for smaller meetings, private dining and celebrations. We can also open the room into the adjoining Portland Suite to create a larger combined event space.
Our Hollingwood Suite provides a more intimate setting for smaller gatherings and private dining. It is suited to smaller wedding breakfasts, meetings and special occasions where a more compact space is appropriate.
Our Portland Suite provides an intimate function setting within the hotel and can be used for meetings, private dining, celebrations and wedding-related events. We can also combine it with the adjoining Chatsworth Suite when additional space is required.
Our Garden Pavilion provides an additional outdoor setting within the grounds of the hotel. We offer it as part of our wedding and event facilities, surrounded by the landscaped gardens and wider estate.
Our Garden Marquee provides an outdoor event setting within our extensive grounds. We can use it for larger wedding receptions, evening celebrations and other events, with direct access to the surrounding gardens.
