The Rodney Foster Suite is the club's principal event space and the main room used for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. It is designed to accommodate formal dining as well as less formal party configurations. Large windows provide views towards the surrounding Aire Valley, while the adjacent patio/veranda area provides additional outdoor space for guests. The room can also support presentations through the club's projector-screen facility.
The private meeting room provides a smaller, more focused alternative to the main function room. The club specifically promotes it for meetings and smaller corporate events, with a capacity of up to 12 people. It is appropriate where a company requires a private setting for discussions, planning sessions, training or small presentations without hiring the larger function space.
The paved outdoor terrace expands directly from the lounge area, looking straight across the historic 18-hole championship course layout.
