Elim Training Centre is a Christian retreat, conference, and group training venue located on Plot 1 Osona, just outside Okahandja in central Namibia. Operating under Judea Harvest Namibia, the facility caters to ministry groups, churches, youth camps, leadership retreats, and school trips, providing large assembly halls, meeting breakout rooms, a dining hall, team-building sports grounds, and group accommodation options (private bungalows and dormitories) on a self-catering or full-board basis.
Primary indoor plenary hall equipped for large group gatherings, leadership workshops, and youth camps with optional AV and sound setup. Capacity: 170 seats (Theatre-style layout). Suitable For: Large conferences, plenary sessions, youth rallies, and ministry retreats. Daily Hall Rental: N$ 650.00 – N$ 750.00 per day (AV & Sound equipment setup available at N$ 350.00 per day).
Multi-purpose meeting space designated for breakout sessions, group workshops, and committee planning. Capacity: Up to 60 seats. Suitable For: Breakout sessions, leadership training, and small group seminars.
Indoor dining facility and adjoining outdoor summer dining terrace supporting both full-board catered meals and self-catering group kitchen hire. Capacity: 80 seats. Suitable For: Group breakfasts, lunch breaks, communal dinners, and tea times. Self-Catering Kitchen Hire: N$ 850.00 – N$ 880.00 per day (Cutlery, crockery, and utensil hire at N$ 15.00 per person per day).
Open-air outdoor grounds featuring a team-building obstacle course, team sports field, prayer walk paths, and a dedicated bonfire circle. Capacity: 30 to 100+ delegates. Suitable For: Team-building exercises, youth sports activities, outdoor devotions, and evening fireside fellowship.
