The room has a bar area which can be utilised within your booking for the serving of water, tea/ coffee. No food is served in this area, however, we do have Fountains available which is ideal for events where food is required. It has the capacity to hold 350 guests. Tables for exhibition stands can be provided, upon request; this will impact on the space available. This room has an excellent audio visual capability, however, a technician is needed to use this equipment please ask for more information if this is required.

River room is a ground floor meeting room that has the capacity to hold 60 guests in theatre style, 30 guests in cabaret style, 30 guests in classroom style and 30 guests in boardroom style.

Symphony room is a first floor meeting room that has the capacity to hold 30 guests in theatre style, 24 guests in cabaret style, 24 guests in classroom style and 16 guests in boardroom style.

Stream room is a ground floor meeting room that has the capacity to hold 18 guests in cabaret style, 30 guests in classroom style and 18 guests in boardroom style.

Belton is a first floor boardroom with the capacity to hold up to 22 guests.

Revelation room is a first floor meeting room that has the capacity to hold 18 guests in cabaret style, 20 guests in classroom style and 12 guests in boardroom style.

Encounter room is a first floor meeting room that has the capacity to hold 16 guests in classroom style and 12 guests in boardroom style.

This suite of rooms includes a luxurious lounge with several Chesterfield sofas, a beautiful tea-bar/cafe area and its own private toilet facilities

The Source is a self-contained room within the building and can be accessed either through its own entrance or through the main reception area. It has its own kitchen area and toilet. This room can cater for up to 40 people dependant on the nature of your booking.

Over ¼ million people need access to Changing Places toilets to enable them to get out about and enjoy the day to day activities many of us take for granted. The facility allows those with more complex needs to use the toilet in safety and comfort, allowing access to the right equipment including a height adjustable sink, shower, hoists and changing trolley.
