The room can therefore operate effectively as either a formal seated event room or a more open networking and reception environment.
The Howard Suite is Headingley Stadium's flagship contemporary events space and one of its most distinctive rooms. It opened in 2019 and overlooks both international cricket and rugby stadia, giving delegates an unusually strong sporting backdrop. The room benefits from extensive natural daylight and integrated AV facilities. It is suitable for large conferences, exhibitions, dinners, awards, weddings and major corporate events.
The Long Room is located in the Cricket East Stand and provides one of Headingley's principal large conference and event environments. Its theatre configuration accommodates up to 350, while reception capacity reaches 400. The room is designed around a central stage/presentation arrangement and includes a large projector. It is appropriate for conferences, training sessions, shows and exhibitions.
The Lewis Jones Suite is a large flexible event space overlooking the rugby pitch. It provides multiple configurations, including theatre, cabaret, classroom, dinner-dance and reception layouts. The Executive Suite is designed for immersive private and corporate events. The Presidents' Suite is one of the stadium's smallest dedicated event spaces and is intended for intimate meetings and private events. It can accommodate up to 20 in theatre or boardroom configuration and up to 25 in cabaret format. Its smaller scale makes it appropriate for focused meetings and events where direct interaction between attendees is important.
The Century Box is one of the stadium's smaller hospitality spaces. The official venue schedule lists a capacity of 14 for boardroom-style use and dining. Its compact size makes it appropriate for private hospitality, executive meetings or intimate dining associated with the stadium environment. It is best suited to small groups rather than conventional conference-scale events.
The Stadium Boxes are the smallest listed hospitality spaces within Headingley Stadium's event portfolio. The official schedule lists a capacity of 10 and reception capacity of 10. They are designed around an intimate stadium-hospitality experience rather than conventional conference use and are therefore particularly appropriate for small private groups and executive hospitality.
