We are a distinctive corporate conference and events venue located on Selby Road at Swillington Common, east of Leeds. Set within more than 100 acres of landscaped grounds, we offer a peaceful countryside setting while remaining conveniently close to Leeds and the major motorway network. We are approximately half a mile from the M1 and around 15 minutes by car from Leeds city centre. We specialise in business and corporate events rather than operating as a conventional hotel or wedding venue. Our facilities include meeting rooms, conference suites, training spaces, networking areas and flexible workspace, allowing us to accommodate everything from small internal meetings to larger conferences and networking events. Our larger event spaces can accommodate up to 120 people. We provide high-quality meeting-room furniture, individually controlled air conditioning, natural daylight, Wi-Fi, technical support and catering. We also offer concierge-style reception services, refreshments, flexible catering options, ergonomic furniture and access to our outdoor walking routes. With our convenient location close to M1 Junction 46, extensive parking and attractive countryside surroundings, we are particularly well suited to corporate conferences, training days, workshops, networking events, team meetings and business away days.
The Function Suite is one of Carrwood Park's principal large event spaces. It has a published theatre capacity of 120, boardroom capacity of 30 and U-shape capacity of 48. It is intended for larger conferences, networking events and business functions.
The Carrwood Park Board Room is a substantial boardroom/conference space with published capacity of 60 theatre, 24 boardroom and 32 cabaret. It is suitable for medium-sized corporate meetings and presentations.
Room 1 is one of the smaller meeting rooms, with a published boardroom capacity of 5 people. It is intended for highly focused discussions, interviews and small meetings.
Room 2 is another compact meeting room with a published capacity of 6 people in boardroom configuration.
The Brookfield Court Board Room appears in venue listings associated with the wider Carrwood estate. It accommodates approximately 14 boardroom-style or 12 U-shape guests.
