The Regent Cinema

Located on Redcar seafront, our Regent Cinema provides a modern three-screen setting combining film, entertainment and community activity with views towards the coast. We welcome audiences throughout the year with a programme of current films and special event cinema, while our facilities also support school bookings and other organised activities. Our building continues the long cinematic history of this prominent Redcar site, while providing a contemporary environment for today's audiences. We offer three screens within the venue, alongside a café and bar area where visitors can relax before or after screenings. Our seafront position adds a distinctive character, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy the cinema alongside Redcar's coastline and town centre. We also participate in community and business events, making the venue relevant beyond regular film screenings. Our aim is to provide an accessible and welcoming entertainment space where visitors can enjoy films, special screenings and shared experiences in a distinctive coastal setting.
