The Orangery at Settrington

At The Orangery at Settrington, we provide an exclusive countryside setting within the private Settrington Estate in North Yorkshire. Our historic Orangery was built in 1791 and is a magnificent 100-foot space featuring Palladian architecture, high vaulted beam ceilings, tall stone pillars and floor-to-ceiling arched windows. We open onto a large terrace overlooking our beautiful ornamental and Italian gardens, creating a natural connection between our indoor and outdoor spaces. We specialise in weddings and also welcome celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and christenings. Our experienced events team provides dedicated planning support, helping each couple create a bespoke celebration while taking care of the details. We comfortably accommodate over 150 guests within the Orangery, while our extensive private gardens provide additional space for marquees and other structures when required. We also offer our Garden Cottage for up to eight guests, providing convenient on-site accommodation. Our private and peaceful setting gives every celebration an exclusive countryside atmosphere.
