The St James' Centre in Derby is a busy, charitable community organization located on Malcolm Street in the Normanton area, serving over 50,000 visitors a year.
The Thornton room can be arranged in 3 ways, either theatre style with chairs in rows, cabaret style with separate tables or meeting room style with tables and chairs linked together or any combination style as required. It can hold between 50-100 people depending on the layout of the room.
The Molineux room is equipped with meeting tables and can be arranged in meeting or training (tables in rows) style and can hold from 15-20 people.
The Hive is a modernized, fully accessible ground-floor suite featuring an adjoining kitchen and a sensory room. It provides spaces accommodating groups ranging from 15 up to 100 people.
The centre has a fully accessible kitchen that is open to guests to cook and eat tasty food and manage their catering service.
The venue has a changing room with a ceiling hoist and bed for guests that need personal care.
The sensory room is equipped with lights and music to relax in.
The outdoor space which is is suitable for outdoor team bonding, casual hangouts and mini parties.
