The Banquet Hall sets the stage for the centre's most elegant evenings. At full size it seats 400 for a banquet or welcomes 540 to a standing reception; a partition splits it into Banquet Hall A and B for two events at once, or a smaller, more intimate function. Its own 290 m² foyer handles arrivals, cocktails and catering, while direct kitchen access keeps service seamless through the night. The hall can take 540 guests.

The Presidential Hall is the ceremonial heart of the centre. Its circular, tiered round-table places every delegation on equal footing — the classic setting for regional summits, heads-of-state meetings and treaty signings. A layered halo ceiling, acoustic timber walls and integrated interpretation and press positions make it ready for broadcast the moment a session opens. Its own foyer and adjacent executive lounges keep principals and their delegations close, secure and comfortable.

Unity, Freedom, Justice and Cotton Tree — 40 to 114 m² rooms for workshops, breakouts, briefings and side meetings around the main programme. Named for Sierra Leone's founding values, the four meeting rooms handle everything the main halls don't — drafting sessions, media briefings, bilateral side-meetings and organiser offices. Each reconfigures between boardroom, classroom, U-shape and theatre in minutes, so a workshop this morning becomes a press briefing this afternoon. Cotton Tree, the largest at 114 m², takes up to 120 for a reception.

A canopy-covered zone and open exhibition ground for large-format fairs, pavilions, product launches and outdoor receptions of up to 2,550 guests.
