Mvuu Camp

Mvuu Camp is an award-winning safari camp operated by Central African Wilderness Safaris (CAWS), situated on the banks of the Shire River within Liwonde National Park, one of Malawi's premier wildlife conservation areas. The camp provides an authentic safari experience while also offering facilities for conferences, educational programmes, executive retreats, and team-building events. It combines comfortable accommodation with modern meeting facilities in a unique natural environment surrounded by abundant wildlife. The camp comprises fourteen stone-and-canvas chalets, including family accommodation, and features a spacious thatched dining and lounge area overlooking the Shire River. Guests enjoy activities such as game drives, boat safaris, guided bush walks, bird watching, community visits, and bush dining experiences. The camp's peaceful location makes it particularly suitable for organisations seeking a secluded venue for strategic planning sessions, conservation workshops, training programmes, and executive retreats away from busy urban environments. A key feature of Mvuu Camp is its purpose-built Education and Conference Centre, specifically designed to accommodate meetings, workshops, environmental education programmes, and corporate team-building activities. The venue combines professional conference facilities with opportunities for delegates to experience Malawi's exceptional wildlife and conservation initiatives.
