The EPIC Centre is a flexible indoor space for conferences, exhibitions & celebrations. This award-winning Centre is a diverse, multi-functional building perfect for meetings, conferences and events of all shapes and sizes. It features 3 exhibition halls, measuring 1,836m2, 6 meeting rooms with showground views, fully equipped catering kitchen, dining for up to 1,200, built-in AV and wifi and unlimited free parking.

The EXO Centre is a perfect venue for exhibitions, fairs & shopping events. It's the first energy-efficient, inclusive and multi-functional event space of its kind in Lincolnshire. It features 1,623 m2 of multi-functional space, changing places toilet, washroom & shower, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and unlimited free parking.

The Tennyson Pavilion is an exclusive, stand-alone building with spectacular views and its very own lawn. This modern and versatile space looks out over the Showground and can be used as a private meeting space, training room or for dinners and smaller gatherings such as a birthday party, christening celebration or small wedding reception. It features a modern, stand-alone building, versatile space that is 60 sqm, beautiful views over the main ring, built-in kitchen facilities, patio doors, private lawn.

The Commentary Box can be used as a corporate meeting venue or the base for a training event, accommodating up to 30 people seated theatre style. It's also handy for announcements and keeping attendees up-to-date when holding outdoors events. This two-storey building incorporates an open plan upper floor (please note: this is accessible by stairs only). On the ground floor there is a further small room leading onto a patio area, a small kitchen (with no fitted appliances) and a toilet. Although primarily used as a Commentary Box for large events, it offers corporate event organisers something just that little bit different and accommodates up to 30 people.

The Saxondale building can be used as a stunning outdoor wedding venue, or for small gatherings. This standalone building is set in the tranquil Countryside area, with views over the Countryside ring, pond, and Cathedral Wood. This lovely space is ideal for smaller gatherings such as a birthday parties, christening celebrations or small wedding receptions.

At the centre of the Lincolnshire Showground lies the Main Ring, a premium outdoor arena offering the perfect combination of scale, accessibility and atmosphere. Designed to host high-profile events and large-scale displays, the Main Ring is a striking focal point ideal for organisers looking to make an impact.

Set within the heart of the 270-acre Showground, the Countryside Ring offers a versatile and scenic outdoor space perfect for a wide variety of events. Surrounded by open skies and green landscapes, this expansive area provides an ideal setting for demonstrations, displays, competitions, and more.

On site there are four horse rings, a fibretrack collecting ring, a purpose-built horse walkway and stable accommodation for 132 horses, with room for up to 750 more rented stable blocks. The spacious site has ample room to accommodate separate dressage and cross-country areas. There are 8 dedicated cattle sheds, capable of housing up to 340 cattle. We have a dairy parlour for milking, as well as a concrete area for washing animals. The cattle sheds are equipped with electricity, water and lighting. Grass livestock rings adjoin the cattle sheds, with white post and rail fencing.

These are six flexible meeting rooms namely Lindsey, Kesteven, Holland, Ancaster, Scampton, and Welton which are located on the first floor. They feature views of the showground, natural daylight, and direct access to an outdoor terrace.

These are three modular exhibition and event halls spanning 1,836 square metres that can accommodate up to 1,200 banqueting style. Large roller doors at each end allow for seamless equipment or vehicle access.
