The Voltigeur Suite is a medium-sized meeting room situated on the ground floor. It accommodates approximately 35–45 theatre delegates, 16–20 classroom delegates and 24–30 boardroom guests, depending on the source and room layout. It is suitable for training sessions, workshops and smaller conferences.
The Fairfax Room is the smallest principal meeting room and is designed for intimate meetings and training sessions. Published capacities include 25 theatre, 8 classroom and 16 boardroom. It is best suited for interviews, breakout sessions, small workshops and board meetings.
