At Audleys Wood Hotel, we welcome guests to our beautiful Victorian country mansion in Basingstoke, Hampshire, where historic character meets flexible modern event facilities. Set within seven acres of private grounds, we provide an elegant and peaceful setting for weddings, conferences, meetings, celebrations and corporate occasions. Our six event spaces allow us to accommodate gatherings of different sizes, from intimate meetings of 30 guests to larger events for up to 200 people. Our Garden Pavilion provides a dedicated, self-contained setting with its own entrance, foyer, private patio, air conditioning, heating and sound insulation. We also offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking and an electric vehicle charging point. For weddings, we provide licensed ceremony spaces, including our Garden Gazebo, Garden Pavilion and intimate Simonds Room. Our experienced events team works with each organiser to create a tailored occasion, supported by our grounds, hospitality, accommodation and catering facilities.
Garden Pavilion is our largest and most versatile event space, accommodating up to 200 guests. We offer a dedicated entrance, foyer, private patio, air conditioning, heating and sound insulation, making it suitable for weddings, conferences, meetings and celebrations.
Sir George Bradshaw is one of our flexible main-house rooms, accommodating up to 50 guests. We use this characterful space for meetings, conferences, receptions and smaller events, with several seating configurations available.
Lord Camrose provides us with an intimate, flexible setting for gatherings of up to 50 guests. We can arrange the room in several configurations, making it suitable for meetings, conferences, receptions and private occasions.
Lord Bolton is one of our smaller meeting rooms, accommodating up to 30 guests. We provide flexible layouts for focused meetings, presentations, conferences and intimate gatherings within the character of our Victorian house.
Lord Curzon gives us a compact and versatile setting for events of up to 30 guests. We offer multiple seating arrangements, making this room appropriate for meetings, presentations, conferences and smaller private functions.
Our Simonds Room accommodates up to 30 guests and offers an intimate setting for meetings, dining and smaller gatherings. Its character features, including oak panelling and a feature fireplace, also make it suitable for intimate wedding ceremonies.
Our Garden Gazebo provides an outdoor ceremony setting on the lawn, surrounded by our private grounds. We offer this romantic space for wedding ceremonies of up to 200 guests, with the gardens providing a natural backdrop.
