Askham Hall

Askham Hall is our historic country house in the heart of the Cumbrian countryside, where we bring together beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, comfortable accommodation and personal hospitality. We welcome guests for weddings, celebrations, private dining, meetings, conferences and carefully planned experiences throughout the year. Our Grade I listed hall dates back to the 13th century, giving our spaces a distinctive sense of history and character. We have 19 individually designed bedrooms, allowing guests to stay together and enjoy the house at their own pace. For larger celebrations, our restored Bank Barn provides a spacious setting for up to 150 guests, with exposed oak beams and a festoon-lit terrace. We also offer intimate private dining in the Old Dining Room and The Pantry. Our Michelin-starred Allium restaurant, gardens, kitchen garden, outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna add to the experience, while our team works closely with guests to create memorable occasions.
