The Lingholm Estate

The Lingholm Estate is our beautiful Victorian country estate on the western shore of Derwentwater in the heart of the Northern Lake District. Our Grade II listed house, built in 1873, sits within extensive private grounds, gardens and woodland, with direct access to our private lake frontage and spectacular views towards the surrounding Lakeland fells. We offer a peaceful and inspiring setting for corporate events, team-building experiences, product launches, photoshoots and special occasions. Our corporate packages can combine meeting spaces and catering with outdoor activities such as kayaking, archery, axe throwing and guided hikes. We also have twelve properties across the estate, providing accommodation for groups of different sizes, including Rosetrees, which sleeps up to 12 guests. Our grounds, lakeside setting and Walled Garden provide distinctive backdrops for events and photography. We aim to give every group a memorable experience while providing the flexibility to create an event suited to its particular requirements.
