The Base

Located on Dallam Lane in Warrington, our Grade-A office and coworking building combines flexible workspace with dedicated meeting and event facilities. We provide a range of rooms for business meetings, presentations, seminars and training, including a boardroom, meeting rooms and larger event spaces. Our facilities include integrated audio-visual equipment, flat-screen TVs, video conferencing, Wi-Fi and flip charts, while refreshments and catering are also available. Our reception and events team can support organisers and welcome guests on arrival. The building also provides 24/7 access, security, accessible facilities, showers, bike storage, kitchens and a communal lounge. Our main Event Space can accommodate up to 70 people according to our current FAQ, while the meeting and boardroom spaces are designed for smaller groups. We are primarily a business and coworking facility, with event hire available alongside our wider workspace services.
