St Martin's House Conference Centre

The Grand Hall is perfect for conferences, training, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, weddings and dinners. This is an extremely flexible space lending itself to a variety of layouts including cabaret, theatre, banquet or classroom. The Grand Hall has the latest in AV facilities including a ceiling-mounted 7,000 lumen laser projector with WXGA resolution, sound system with mixing desk and microphones. The Grand Hall is also serviced by a full kitchen and has its own bar facility. The bar can be discretely stored away for clients not requiring it.

The Countee Room is a contemporary ground floor meeting room, which can accommodate up to 18 delegates in either a boardroom or U-shape layout. This stunning room is perfect for high profile meetings and features an abundance of natural daylight, air-conditioning, superfast Wi-Fi, 85" Smart TV, Owl Labs Video Conferencing, Flipchart and pens.

This spacious and contemporary ground floor room is a flexible space accommodating various layouts to suit your needs. The Kempe Room benefits from natural daylight, air-conditioning and a view into our internal sculpture courtyard. The room comes with a built-in screen and ceiling-mounted projector.

The Wycliffe Room is a contemporary space located on the ground floor. Tall ceilings and natural daylight make this room a pleasure to be in. It's rectangular shape provides maximum flexibility ensuring the room can be used for many different layouts. The room benefits from natural daylight, air-conditioning and comes with a built-in screen and ceiling mounted projector.

The Bardsley Room is an elegant mix of period features and contemporary styling, providing the ideal working environment for meetings. The room seats up to 8 delegates in boardroom layout and is equipped with the latest in video conferencing. It also benefits from tall ceilings giving this room an airy and elegant feel.

The Heyrick Room offers a blend of period features and contemporary styling. This ground floor room can accommodate a maximum of 12 people in either a U-shape or boardroom layout. The room is fitted with a ceiling-mounted projector, built-in screen and benefits from natural daylight and air-conditioning making it a pleasure to be in.

This newly renovated meeting room is guaranteed to impress, the Newton Room offers a blend of period features and contemporary styling. This ground floor room can comfortably accommodate 12 people in either a boardroom or U-shape layout. The room is fitted with a 55" Smart TV and benefits from natural daylight and air-conditioning, making it a pleasure to be in.

There are various additional breakout spaces for informal meetings including the reception area and an on-site café. Cafe No:7 is a contemporary and comfortable cafe space which opened at St Martins House Conference Centre in May 2021. The cafe is also perfect for drinks receptions, small get togethers, informal presentations or as an alternative conference breakout space. The cafe is also available for private evening and weekend hire.
