Carwinley Barn

Carwinley Barn is our private event venue set within the grounds of an 1826 mill house in the Cumbrian countryside. We offer a beautiful riverside setting surrounded by three and a half acres of countryside, giving our guests a peaceful and private environment for celebrations and gatherings. Our custom-designed barn provides a rustic yet modern setting for weddings, elopements, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, baby showers, christenings and corporate events. We can accommodate up to 90 day guests and 120 evening guests, with our current website providing these figures for different parts of an event. We offer six ceremony areas, a fully stocked bar, kitchen facilities, surround sound, a projector and screen, tableware, outdoor seating and onsite parking. We also provide six luxury lodges, giving wedding parties and guests the opportunity to stay onsite. We aim to give every event a personal feel, offering flexible packages and working with clients and external suppliers to create an occasion suited to their individual plans and requirements.
